She wrote “I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy and 10lbs extra during last few years, now I want my shape back I had been before the pregnancy period”. According to a media report about her workout plan; she uses to work hard instead of following a diet plan. She uses to have post pregnancy exercises that make her slimmer along with healthier and physically fit.
